Everything is tailored to your well-being, the quiet location, perfect infrastructure, comfortable sofas, beds, garden chairs and sun loungers, terrace and large balcony with awning, log cabin sauna with views of the countryside, large garden with well-kept lawn and playground, extensive technical equipment, parking at the house and a wood-burning stove in the living room.
Living room:
The living room has a comfortable sofa group with sleeping function, two armchairs, a coffee table and an extendable dining table seating up to 8 people. From the south to the east, a broad balcony with awning and comfortable garden furniture covers. A wood burning stove adds a cozy touch, when the sun is not shining. For entertainment there is smart TV HD 49" with internet, Blu-ray/DVD, B & O audio center, WLAN/Wi-Fi, Multimedia-PC and Thinkpad Laptop, printer and all sorts of games.
1. Bedroom:
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (200x180 cm) with 2 desserts including dimmable reading lights, a large wardrobe with mirror and a PC corner with a printer, multimedia PC and TV-(DVB-T2). In the spacious bedroom can be, if necessary, a baby bed set up.
2. Bedroom:
The second Bedroom hosts another double bed (200x180) with 2 desserts including dimmable reading lights, wardrobe with mirror and a built-in safe.
Kittchen:
The kitchen consists of a U-shaped Bulthaupt kitchen with 5-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Jura espresso and coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric bread slicer, blender, fridge with freezer and high quality porcelain and cutlery for 12 people.
The kitchen has direct access to the dinette.
Facilities include a supply of spices, oil, sugar, salt, coffe/espresso beans, dishwashing tabs and cleaning, washing and washing-up liquid.
Dinette:
The dinette is a bright room between the kitchen and living room. It is furnished with a wood furniture, can accommodate up to 6 persons and is also ideal as a playroom.
Bathroom:

Blockhouse Sauna with panoramic view:
The sauna is located in a massive log cabin from Spessart-piles in the garden right on the edge. It has an entrance hall with a bench, a cloakroom and radio. There are 6 people comfortably, enjoying the view around Lohrhaupten directly from the sauna bench. The log cabin is surrounded by a shaded by tall trees terrace, with resting bench and outdoor shower.
Garden house:
In the garden house above the garage stores the firewood. Here are also the outdoor chess figures and kicker table.
Combined laundry / heating room:
The room is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Laundry can also hung up there. In additionally, there is a rotary clothes dryer which has its place in the garden behind the swing.
Sunbathing area and playground:
On the lawn is a lot of room to play and rest. There are garden furniture, an outdoor chess, table tennis with bats and balls, climbing frame with two swings, a large stainless steel charcoal grill and the outdoor sauna shower. The meadow is maintained independently by a robot mower. Before the sauna, close to the forest, yet there is a small, shaded terrace with bench, where it is very nice durinc summer.
